About Lynette van Wyk, the Designer

Lynette has happily called the Garden Route home since 2006, after relocating with her family from Pretoria.

Lynette’s passion for pearls and the industry began in 2008 when an industry expert, Marlene Massyn asked her to join forces and together they started, The Pearl Shop.

Since then, Lynette has solely taken over the business, becoming a well established designer and business entrepreneur in the heart of the Garden Route.

In every piece designed by Lynette, you can see her creative flair and passion for pearls really come alive.

For her, it’s about bringing change to the perception of pearls and to show they can be worn by everyone and for every occasion.
